CDB Bank liquidates and merges into Atabank

Baku. 18 April. REPORT.AZ/ Farah Mammadova has been appointed as interim head of observational council, Dayanat Guliyev as head of executive board of Caspian Development Bank (CDB) within frame of reorganizational liquidation and incorporation into Atabank, based on decisions taken in general meeting of shareholders of Atabank and CDB.
Report informs, preliminary agreement with PWC international consulting company has been reached for assessment of assets related to reorganization of the banks.
At the same time, each party will continue to execute its obligations coming out of contracts with all counterparties until official registration of reorganization fact of Atabank and CDB.
