Caspian Development Bank reduces central commitments

Baku. 27 April. REPORT.AZ/ Assets of Caspian Development Bank (CDB) CJSC to the beginning of the year decreased by 7.0% and as of April 1 amounted to 120 000.85 thousand AZN. Report informs referring to the bank, the bank's loan portfolio decreased by 2.6% - to 106 424.82 thousand AZN. To cover potential losses on loans, a reserve was set up in the amount of 21 086.73 thousand AZN.

During the reporting period, the bank's deposit portfolio decreased by 23.2% and amounted to 32 058.13 thousand AZN. 2 030.36 thousand AZN of this amount was a perpetual, 29 052.01 AZN - short-term deposits of individuals.

On April 1, 2016, requirement of the Central Bank efore the CDB totaled to 10 000.0 thousand AZN, which is less by 5 million AZN or 33.3% in comparison with the last year.

Notably, as of April 1,2016, the bank's authorized capital amounted to 50 020 thousand AZN.
