Broad money supply in Azerbaijan rises by nearly 12% YoY

The volume of broad money supply in Azerbaijan as of July 1, 2024, amounted to 45.062 billion manats (just over $26.5 billion), Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA).
According to the CBA’s data, this is 0.5 percent more than the previous month and 9.3 percent more year-on-year.
The volume of broad money supply in manats at the end of June 2024 amounted to more than 35.127 billion manats (over $20.663 billion), which is 2.1% more than a month earlier, 0.7% less than at the beginning of 2024, and 11.9% more year-on-year.
