Bitcoin price drops by 19%

Baku. 22 December. REPORT.AZ/ The price of Bitcoin has dropped by $ 3,300 or more than 19% at auctions today and amounted to $ 13,722. 

Report informs citing the Coinmarketcap.com, Bitcoin was sold yesterday for over $ 17,000. The record value of Bitcoin was $ 20,001.5 as of December 17. The cheapening of bitcoin, main currency of the crypto-currency market with a market share of 44%, led to a decline in the capitalization of aggregate crypto-currency market down to $ 515 billion.

Notably, yesterday capitalization crypto-currency market was over $ 640 bln.

At present, cost of Bitcoin is $ 14,700 and capitalization of crypto-currency market is $ 556 billion.
