Bank of Baku to hold an extraordinary meeting

Baku. 11 November. REPORT.AZ/ An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of Bank of Baku will be held on December 25, 2015 at 15:00 Baku time.

Report informs, announcement in the official newspaper of the bank declares.

Agenda of the meeting, which to be held at head office of the bank, already has been sent to shareholders.

Bank of Baku has been operating since 1994. On November 1, the bank's assets amounted to 704.8 million manats, loan portfolio - 492.8 million manats.
