Bank Melli Iran-Baku increases lending by 80%

Baku. 9 February. REPORT.AZ/ Baku branch of Bank Melli Iran has increased assets in the annual comparison by 24.6% to 25.722 mln. AZN in 2015.

Report informs referring to Bank Melli Iran-Baku, the volume of loans granted to customers increased by 80% and amounted to 10.235 mln. AZN as of early 2016. The volume of deposits increased by 2 times and reached 2.708 mln. AZN.

During the reporting year, the volume of securities of Bank Melli Iran-Baku totaled AZN 5.419 mln. AZN, which is less by 39.8% in comparison with the beginning of last year.

Last year the bank's liabilities to financial institutions increased by 90.8% and amounted to 46.917 mln. AZN.
