Bank deposits of Azerbaijani population reduced

Baku. 10 May. REPORT.AZ/ In comparison with the same period of last year, the total volume of bank deposits of the population of Azerbaijan as of 1 April of the current year increased by 16.91% and amounted to 7 781.6 million manats.
According to the Report, with reference to the Central Bank, despite the increase in the annual comparison, in the monthly comparison observed a decline. In March, bank deposits of the population decreased by 1.91%.
Since the beginning of the year the volume of investments grew by 8.3%.
