'Bank BTB' completes last quarter with profit

Baku. 23 December. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijan's 'Bank BTB' OJSC (Baku Trade Bank) completed III quarter of current year with profit of 132.41 thousand manats.

Report informs referring to the bank, to the end of reporting period, 'Bank BTB' assets made 156 million manats, It means 14 million manats or 9,9% increase in comparison with beginning of the year.

Recently, 'Bank BTB' stated its intention to increase authorized capital in the amount of 2 million manats or 4% by additional share emission. at the end of new emission authorized capital will be 52 million manats.

Changes occurred in the structure of Supervisory Board. Rza Sadig appointed Chairman of Bank's Supervisory Board instead of Jeyhun Pashali.
