Baki Sigorta appoints chairman

Baku. 21 June. REPORT.AZ/ New chairman of the Board of Directors of Baki Sigorta OJSC has been appointed. Report informs, the deputy chairman of the company Ramin Mammadov appointed to this position.

Notably, he has been acting as chairman since April 2016 and replaced Ramil Agayev in his new position.

Baki Sigorta was established in 1994 under the name of Tural Sigorta and rebranded in 2007. Its charter capital is 8,925,440 AZN. 57.9785% of the company's shares are owned by Bank Respublika, Diamond Motors, Subaru Azerbaijan and Yeni Motor, each with 9.375%. 6.9653% of shares owned by Rahimov Murad Arif, 6, 9312% - Najafov Behbud Chingiz.
