Azerbaijani medicine importer forms authorized capital

Baku. 3 November. REPORT.AZ/ The Financial Markets Supervision Chamber has registered issue of shares by 'Avromed' Company CJSC.

Report informs citing the chamber.

According to the information, the issue considers turnover of 1 140 ordinary shares at par value of 50 AZN. The issue, registered under AZ1001019913 number, will allow the company to form authorized capital of 57 000 AZN.

The shares will be placed in a private method.

Notably, 'Avromed' Company was founded in 2002 and is engaged in the importation of foreign medicines and medicaments to Azerbaijan.
