Azerbaijani lawmaker offers to declare financial amnesty

Baku. 22 November. REPORT.AZ/ "It is expedient to announce financial amnesty in Azerbaijan. People have suffered from devaluation. This problem must be solved. Amnesty must be declared to spend capital within the country".

Report informs, lawmaker Tahir Karimli said during the discussion of the state envelope for 2018 at today's plenary session of Azerbaijani Parliament (Milli Majlis).

"Azerbaijan receive a bonus of $ 450 million each year. It is possible to increase budget expenditure. Growth in expenses can also be increased up to 20%", the deputy said.

He said that funds from the state budget must be increased to the parties represented in the parliament: "As a result, some active population can be provided with jobs".
