Azerbaijani construction companies to be relieved of simplified tax payments

The rights of Azerbaijani building companies to be taxpayers under the simplified system will be repealed starting next year, Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship of the Milli Majlis Ziyad Samadzadeh said at the plenary session of Azerbaijani parliament today, Report informs.

According to him, individuals and legal entities engaged in the construction of buildings and owning the ready building or the building under construction, will no longer pay the simplified taxes.

Besides, if entrepreneurs involved in the construction of the buildings will transfer of part of this property to the state, they will not be involved to taxation.
