Azerbaijani banks see decline in external liabilities

As of May 1, 2021, the Azerbaijani banks saw their foreign liabilities at AZN 1,079.5 million, down 1.4% from the previous month.
Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, the external liabilities have dropped 11.6 percent compared to January 1, 2021, 33.6% in comparison to May 1, 2020.
