Azerbaijani banks have 2.2 mln AZN interest debts to budget

Baku. 29 December. REPORT.AZ/ Azerbaijani commercial banks have 2.19 mln AZN interest debts to state budget. Their obligations from financial sanctions make up 4.8 mln AZN.

Report informs, the Head of the Main department for risk analysis and control of Ministry of Taxes Natig Shirinov told reporters at the briefing.

Head of main department for the analysis of tax crimes and finding ways to collect tax debts Zeynalabdin Mammadzade told that new decision cancels percentages calculated on tax debts, not the debts themselves: “Main debts won’t be crosses out”.

Deputy minister of taxes Sahib Alakbarov added that the debts will be canceled by the ministry automatically and the tax payer will be notified: “There is no need to apply for cancelation of debts. If any question arises, of course, you should apply”.
