Azerbaijan to require taxpayers to provide banking information

Persons carrying out banking operations in Azerbaijan on a monthly basis must submit information online by the 10th day of every month to determine their tax liabilities, Report informs.
The relevant amendments have been proposed to the Tax Code of Azerbaijan.
According to the current code, monthly information of taxpayers registered for VAT in order to determine tax liabilities is submitted by banks online to the relevant organization by the 10th day of every month.
