Azerbaijan sees 3% growth in retail trade turnover

Baku. 17 November. REPORT.AZ/ Retail trade turnover in January-October 2018 grew by 2.6% to AZN 29.5 billion, Report informs referring to the State Statistical Committee.

According to the committee, a consumer bought AZN 300.4-good on average, which is AZN 12.2 higher than previous year.

Sale of food products, tobacco and drinks ascended by 2.1% to AZN 14,780,400,000, non-food products amounted to AZN 14,693,100,000, up 3.2% in comparison to a year earlier.

A consumer bought food products, drinks and tobacco worth AZN 150.6 on average, non-food products worth AZN 149.8 in the reporting period.
