Azerbaijan's non-oil economy rises by 2 %

Baku. 17 July. REPORT.AZ/ In the first half of this year, the gross domestic product (GDP) in the amount of 31 310,6 mln. AZN or 3 224,6 AZN per capita has been produced in Azerbaijan.

Report informs referring to the State Statistics Committee (SSC), in the first half of this year, the value added production has increased by 1,7% in the non-oil sector and decreased by 6,6 in the oil and gas sector compared to the relevant period last year.

During this period, the GDP in the amount of 13 195,2 mln. AZN has been manufactured in the field of industry, 3 414,6 mln. AZN in trade and repair of transport means, 2,536,8 mln. AZN in construction, 2 249,6 mln. AZN in transport and warehousing, 1 559,9 mln. AZN in agriculture, forestry and fishery, 846,6 mln. in tourist placement and catering, 548,4 mln. AZN in information and communications services, 4,711,7 mln. AZN in other sectors. The net taxes on production and import have reached 2 247,8 mln. AZN.
