Azerbaijan's monetary base reaches 23.9B manats

Azerbaijan's monetary base stood at 23.94 billion manats ($14.08 billion) as of August 1 this year, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
The figure is 1.8% lower than on July 1.
Despite the monthly decline, the country's monetary base has increased by 6.55% since the beginning of the year and by 12.7% compared with the same period last year.
