Azerbaijan’s economic growth accelerates

Baku. 17 September. REPORT.AZ/ In January-August 2018 the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 50,521,900,000, up 0.7% from the previous year, Report informs citing the State Statistical Committee.
In January-July the economic growth was 0.2%. In other words, the economic growth has quickened.
Per capita GDP has dropped by 0.2% to AZN 5,153.1.
AZN 28,542,200,000 of the GDP was formed in non-oil sector, up 0.9% by contrast to a year earlier.
