Azerbaijan's Customs Committee posts 25% increase in budget transfers

In January-July of this year, the budget transfers from the State Customs Committee (SCC) amounted to 3,020,284,000 manats ($1.78 billion), up 24.6% from the previous year, Report informs, citing the SCC.
In the last one year, revenues from customs duties increased by 13.9% to 748.471 million manats ($440.28 million), value added tax (VAT) by 30.4% to 2,151.566 million manats ($1.27 billion), excise taxes decreased by 7.95% to 85.361 million manats ($50.21 million), road tax grew by 42.3% to 34.885 million manats ($20.52 million).
