Azerbaijan's Central Bank keeps refinancing rate at 6.5%

The Management Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has decided to keep the refinancing rate unchanged at 6.5%, Report informs, citing the CBA.
According to the CBA, the floor of the interest rate corridor remains at 5.5%, while the ceiling stays at 7.5%.
The CBA stated that the decision was based on the stabilization of actual and projected inflation within the target range, as well as consideration of the geopolitical situation, global financial market trends, and domestic macroeconomic conditions.
