Azerbaijan, Pakistan depositories sign cooperation memorandum

Azerbaijan's National Depository Center (NDC) and Pakistan's Central Depository Company (CDCPL) have signed a memorandum of understanding to strengthen cooperation in the field of central depository services and capital markets, Report informs.
According to the NDC, the memorandum aims to enhance bilateral cooperation through the exchange of knowledge, expertise and international best practices.
Under the agreement, the two institutions will share information on services, corporate governance, risk management, investor services, business operating models, technological solutions, as well as the functions and internal practices of central depositories.
