Azerbaijan may exempt import of buses consuming compressed gas from VAT

Baku. 19 November. REPORT.AZ/ Import of buses designed for transportation of more than 10 passengers and consume compressed gas, may be exempted from VAT for 5 years from January 1, 2020, Report informs citing draft law on amendments in Tax Code.

Moreover, import of facilities, equipment and devices by SME cluster company on the basis of the confirmative document defined by the relevant executive body will be exempted from VAT for 7 years from the date that SME cluster company is included in the SME cluster companies’ registration.
