Azerbaijan issued 151 mortgage loans in April

As of May 1, 2020, government mortgage lending stood at AZN 1,456,599,000, up AZN 11,338,000 or 0.8% from the previous month, Report informs citing the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (MCGF).
In April, the number of government mortgage loans increased by 151 from 28,667 to 28,818.
The amount of loans with state guarantee and subsidy remained unchanged at AZN 80,179,000.
The MCGF’s bonds in circulation amounted to AZN 754.812 million, up AZN 26.956 million, or 3.7% from AZN 727.856 million in the previous month.
