Azerbaijan exempts bank dividends of individuals from tax for 5 years

Baku. 14 December. REPORT.AZ/ Term of tax exemption of annual interest incomes paid by banks on deposits of individuals, as well as dividends paid on investment securities by the issuer, difference and interest income gained as a result of below nominal value is prolonged for 5 years, i.e. until February 2021.

Report informs, Minister of Taxes Fazil Mammadov said at today’s session of Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship Committee of Azerbaijani Parliamentar (Milli Majlis).

Notably, the amendment is intended to be draft article to the Tax Code of Azerbaijan Republic.
