Azer-Turk Bank paid AZN 300,000 dividends to its stockholders in 2019, Report informs, citing the bank. 

The decision to pay dividends was passed at the annual shareholder meeting held on June 13, 2019. The decision was executed in July. 

Azer-Turk Bank was established in 1995. Its authorized capital is AZN 50 million. The State Committee on Property Issues owns 75 % of bank’s shares, Turkish Ziraat Bank - 12.4%, Ziraat Bank International - 1.1%, AzRe Reinsurance OJSC - 6.5%, and Gala Life Insurance OJSC - 5%.
