Average monthly salary in Azerbaijan's finance and insurance sector up 17%

In January this year, the average monthly salary in the finance and insurance sector of Azerbaijan amounted to 1,868 manats (+16.9%), Report informs, citing the State Statistics Committee.

During the reporting period, the average salary in the public sector for finance and insurance activities increased by 5.9% to 1,725 manats, and in the private sector increased by 20% to 1,907 manats.
