'Atabank' and 'CDB' merging will be completed in three months

Baku. 21 April. REPORT.AZ/ Merging of “Atabank” and “Caspian Development Bank” OJSCs will be completed in a maximum of 3 months.
Report informs, it was stated in the press conference on merge of these banks.
It was noted that Farah Mammadova, Chairperson of "Caspian Development Bank” Supervisory Board (SB) will chair the new bank's SB and Dayanat Guliyev, “Atabank” Executive Board Chairman the EB.
The Executive Board will consist of 7 members.
