ADIF can’t say when money of Bank Standard creditors will be paid

Baku. 21 November. REPORT.AZ/ “It's impossible to forecast when the funds of creditors of Bank Standard CJSC, which is in the liquidation process, will be returned.

Repor informs Vugar Abdullayev, deputy executive director of Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF), which is the liquidator of the Bank, said at today’s meeting of “Bank Standard” CJSC Creditors Committee.

“This process depends on the return of loans taken from the Bank. If the money comes today, tomorrow the money of creditors may be given. I cannot forecast on the date of it,” said the ADIF official.

Besides, V. Abdullayev said that currently there is a stalemate in the real estate market, which can somehow delay the sale of Bank's collateral property.
