ADB seeks to expand digitalization activities in Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan has discussed with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) the strengthening of mutual cooperation in the areas of promoting public-private partnership, digitalization, and human capital development, Economy Minister Mikayil Jabbarov said on X, Report informs.

"We held a meeting with Leah Gutierrez, Director General of the Central and West Asia Department of the Asian Development Bank.

During the meeting, we discussed the economic diversification of our country, support for the private sector and SMEs, and tax reforms," Jabbarov wrote on X.

They also exchanged views on promoting public-private partnerships, strengthening cooperation in digitalization and human capital development, regional initiatives, green energy corridors and connectivity, as well as other avenues for cooperation.
