ADB seeks consultant to support bond issuance in Azerbaijan

The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has launched a search for an international individual consultant specializing in innovative finance to support the organization of a bond issuance in Azerbaijan.
According to Report, citing ADB, the competitive selection is being conducted under a regional technical assistance project titled "Capacity Building Program for Sovereign Institutions in the Central and West Asia Region on Innovative Financial Instruments."
Funding of $35,000 has been allocated for the consultancy services.
The consultant's total workload is set at 33 working days.
Applications from interested candidates will be accepted until September 27.
The consultant is expected to begin work on December 1.
