Baku. 7 February. REPORT.AZ/ In January of this year 24,644 calls received in 195 information service of the Ministry of Taxes, which more by 8.7% in comparison with the same period of last year.
Report informs referring to the website of the Ministry of Taxes, 26,037 complaints was consulted on the phone, 38% accounted to the Tax Code (tax control measures, personal tally sheet, the activities of the tax authorities, responsibility for the violation of tax legislation, tax agent, etc.), 20.2% accounted to issues within the competence of the Ministry of Taxes, but not controlled by the Internal Revenue Code (web-sites of the Ministry, the software of electronic services, electronic signature, employment contracts, employment, etc.), 19% income tax, 3.4% the calculation and payment of simplified tax declarations, and other types of taxes.
In January number of visits to the official website of the Ministry of Taxes was 387,264.
