A-Group Insurance increases authorized capital

Baku. 31 January. REPORT.AZ/ "A-Group Insurance" increased its authorized capital by 2 mln AZN or 25%
Report informs, Chairman of the Board Anar Bayramov said.
According to him the decision was made by 100% shareholder of the company Chairman of the Board of Directors of Adnayev Sabir Adna.
Notably, A-Group Insurance was founded in 1995. At present, its authorized capital is 8 005 750 AZN. The company specializes in health insurance.
