At the 49th Meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC), held online, Azerbaijan was handed over the chairmanship for the first half of 2025.

The discussions also highlighted the importance of mutually beneficial cooperation within the framework of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) and the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB).

The BSEC official noted that Azerbaijan will take over the organization's chairmanship from January 1, 2025. He expressed optimism about the future.
