US criticizes OPEC+ decision to reduce oil production

OPEC+'s decision to cut oil production is useless and unreasonable for the global economy, United States Secretary of the Treasury Janet Yellen told the Financial Times, Report informs.

Janet Yellen criticized the decision of OPEC+ and said that it harmed the global economy. She expressed deep concern about developing countries and the problems they face.

The Secretary of the Treasury also criticized Washington's partners for the delay in sending financial aid to Kyiv.

She noted that the speed of financial aid to Ukraine is very slow and some countries that promised to help Kyiv have not done so yet.
