Spain’s Repsol sells assets in Russia to Gazprom Neft

The Spanish oil and gas company Repsol has sold its shares in the Russian projects Eurotek-Yugra and ASB Geo to Gazprom Neft and its subsidiary Gazprom Neft Service, Report informs referring to foreign media.

The changes took place back in winter, in the case of Eurotek-Yugra on January 21, and ASB Geo - on February 17.

Kommersant sources reported on the likely sale of Repsol’s shares in joint ventures with Gazprom Neft back in December 2021. Previously, the Spanish company owned 68% in Eurotek-Yugra and 50.01% in ASB Geo.
