SOCAR Turkey launches 'İşte Yenilik' application

Turkey's largest industrial holding company, SOCAR Turkey, launched a flexible business model, 'İşte Yenilik', after switching last year to a remote working system amid pandemic, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) told Report.
Through the application initially launched in SOCAR Turkey's Istanbul office, employees continue to work wherever they are under remote and hybrid models and come to the office when needed.
The application was developed at the expense of internal resources.
