SOCAR’s STAR Refinery boosts diesel production by more than 11%

STAR Oil Refinery, an asset of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Türkiye, produced 587,996 tons of diesel in February 2024, up 59,754 tons, or 11.3%, from the previous year, Report informs, citing the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
In February 2024, a total of 1,371,774 tons of diesel fuel were produced by oil refineries in Türkiye, 295,509 tons, or 27.4%, higher than in the same period of 2023.
