SOCAR’s Romanian subsidiary more than doubles revenues 

SOCAR Petroleum SA, a subsidiary of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) in Romania, increased its revenues and sales in 2021, Report informs, citing the company.

The company said the turnover for the previous year amounted to 1.42 billion Romanian leu ($0.31 billion), profit accounted for 16.45 million leu ($3.57 million), while these figures were 827 million leu ($179.3 million) and 6.8 million leu ($1.37 million) in 2021.

At the same time, the number of employees increased from 669 to 682.

Currently, the company has 67 filling stations.
