SOCAR launches trainings on Leadership Academy concept

Within the framework of the Leadership Academy concept, Baker Hughes University has launched practical training programs on the development of existing and potential leaders based on the corporate values of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).

According to Report which refers to SOCAR, the first part of the training was held by Ashley Thompson and Rossano Gagliardi, who have more than 20 years of international experience in behavioral skills and training management, on March 11-14.

A total of 40 employees from the upstream, midstream and downstream directions of the SOCAR Group were involved in the leadership development training. The participants took part in training on creating and building a culture of trust, sustainable leadership, leadership and effective team management, сommunication styles in a competitive environment, presentation skills and other modules.

The second part of the mentioned trainings is planned to be organized in April.
