The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and Russia's Gazprom have exchanged proposals and views on the creation and operation of the network of compressed natural gas (CNG) for commercial transportation by the North-South transport corridor, SOCAR PETROLEUM's Deputy General Director on Innovations, Elnur Mustafayev, told the All-Russian Gas-Engine Forum held in Moscow on April 21-22.
Mustafayev delivered a report on new shapes of international cooperation, market prospects, and transport corridors, dedicated to prospects of developing the gas infrastructure as part of the North-South Transport Corridor.
The event in Moscow focused on prospects of creating international transport corridors for natural gas, including the development of the Russia-Azerbaijan-Iran corridor.
