Russian Energy Minister to visit Azerbaijan

Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak is to visit Azerbaijan.
According to Report, Novak will lead the Russian delegation at the 13th ministerial meeting of the OPEC and non-OPEC states to be hosted in Baku on March 18.
During his Baku visit the Russian Energy Minister is expected to hold a number of bilateral meetings.
