Russia, Ukraine, EU to negotiate gas issues in Brussels

Baku. 9 January. REPORT.AZ/ Trilateral gas negotiations in the Russia-EU-Ukraine format will be held on January 21 in Brussels, Maroš Šefčovič, Vice President of the European Commission in charge of the Energy Union, said, Report informs citing the Russian media.

"I am glad that the second round of political trilateral talks with Russia and Ukraine on the long-term transit of gas to Europe will be held on January 21 in Brussels," he said.

Šefčovič noted that the upcoming meeting will be based on the results of previous negotiations of the parties at various levels.
