OPEC+ extends deal on output cut

OPEC+ technical panel recommended extending the deal on output cut by the end of the year.
Report says, citing Bloomberg, that the proposal came at yesterday's meeting on cutting output to stabilize the oil market.
OPEC recommended cutting output to 600,000 bpd without waiting for what Russia's decision would be.
