Oil volumes pumped by BTC this year revealed

BOTAS International Limited (BIL), which operates the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan oil pipeline in the territory of Turkey, has transported 132,625,000 barrels of crude during the eight months of the year.
Report informs, citing the company that these volumes of crude were loaded on 182 tankers and dispatched to the world markets.
A total of 3,703,600,000 barrels of oil have been loaded on 4,841 tankers so far.
BIL was empowered to operate BTC in Turkey in 2001. The first oil was loaded on a tanker from the BTC in the Ceyhan terminal on June 2, 2006.
