Ilham Aliyev amends decree improving SOCAR structure

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has amended the decree dated January 24, 2003 ‘On improving the structure of Azerbaijan’s State Oil Company (SOCAR),’ Report informs.
According to the amended decree, SOCAR’s board now includes president, first vice president and 12 vice presidents.
