In April this year, global commercial stocks of oil and oil products increased by 77 million barrels, Report informs, citing the International Energy Agency (IEA).
According to the Agency, commercial stocks in the member countries of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) also increased by 42.5 million barrels. However, the stocks of the OECD countries for 2017-2021 amounted to 2.669 billion barrels, which is 290.3 million barrels lower than the average level.
