Georgia imports 50,000 tons of diesel from Azerbaijan in four months 

Georgia imported 157,700 tons of diesel in January-April 2022, Report informs, citing the Georgian Oil Products Importers Union.

Of this, 50,000 tons were supplied by Azerbaijan, which amounted to 15% of the total fuel imports of Georgia.

In the reporting period, Georgia imported 333,700 tons of gasoline and diesel, down 6,200 tons or 1.8% from a year earlier. The primary fuel suppliers to Georgia include Russia (83,900 tons), Romania (82,400), and Bulgaria (65,000 tons).
