Energy Minister: Azerbaijan fulfils its commitment within OPEC+

"Azerbaijan achieved output cut in April and fulfills its commitment within OPEC+," Energy Minister Parviz Shahbazov told journalists.
An agreement was reached to reduce daily oil production by 1.2 million barrels at the 5th OPEC and non-OPEC Ministerial Meeting in Vienna on December 7, 2018. Under the new decision, Azerbaijan is to cut oil output by 20,000 barrels from January 1, 2019. No such output cut was achieved in the first quarter.
