During the reporting period, electricity production at TPPs amounted to 2,260 million kWh (+7.1 million), at hydroelectric power plants - 78.9 million kWh (+13.6 million), from other sources - 30.19 million kWh (+0.6 million). Wind farms generated 9.39 million kWh, and solar power plants added 2.1 million kWh. The municipal solid waste incineration plant contributed 18.7 million kWh.
In January, Azerenerji OJSC generated 2,142.76 million kWh of electricity (including 2,071.3 million at TPPs and 71.46 million at HPPs), the State Energy Service of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic accounted for 30.4 million kWh (including 22 million at TPPs, 6.5 million at HPPs and 1.9 million at SPPs), independent power plants generated 189 million kWh, and Azerishig wind farm accounted for 6.87 million kWh.
